Parent Coaching

Guiding parents with clarity, confidence, and compassion wherever you are in your parenting journey. Parenting can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and confusing — especially when you’re balancing emotional load, cultural expectations, and the daily demands of raising little ones. Parent coaching offers gentle, structured, and non-clinical support to help you feel more confident, grounded, and connected in your role as a parent.

This service is ideal for parents who want practical guidance, emotional clarity, and tools that support both you and your child.

What Parent Coaching Helps With

  • Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure what to do

  • Postpartum identity changes or emotional overload

  • Toddler behavior, boundaries, and routines

  • Reducing yelling, guilt, or burnout

  • Supporting your child’s big emotions

  • Navigating cultural or family expectations (especially for AAPI parents)

  • Strengthening communication and connection

  • Moving through life transitions with clarity

What Parent Coaching Looks Like

Coaching sessions are 30, 50, or 75 minutes, offered online for comfort and convenience.
You’ll receive:

  • Warm, validating support

  • Clear guidance and practical tools

  • A culturally aware, nonjudgmental space

  • Strategies you can use immediately

  • Structure, accountability, and encouragement

Coaching vs. Therapy

To keep everything ethically clear and legally safe, here is the distinction:

Parent Coaching IS:

  • Non-clinical, skills-based support

  • Future-focused and action-oriented

  • Practical tools for daily parenting challenges

  • Available to clients anywhere (not limited to California)

Parent Coaching is NOT:

  • Mental health treatment

  • Trauma processing

  • Diagnosis or clinical intervention

  • Crisis support

  • Insurance-billable

  • A replacement for therapy

Parent coaching is an educational, non-therapeutic service and is not a substitute for psychotherapy.

Who Parent Coaching Is For

  • New and postpartum moms

  • Parents feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure

  • AAPI parents navigating cultural or family stress

  • High-achieving adults wanting support and structure

  • Parents wanting practical tools, not therapy
