Online Therapy in California and Colorado

Convenient, private therapy from the comfort of your home.

Online therapy allows you to access professional mental health support without commuting, arranging childcare, or taking extended time away from work.

Many clients find virtual sessions feel just as personal and effective as in-person therapy — with added flexibility for busy schedules and life transitions.

No pressure — just a brief call to see if this feels like a good fit.

How Online Therapy Works

Starting therapy online is simple:

1. Schedule a consultation
We briefly discuss your needs, availability, and insurance or private pay options.

2. Intake session (first initial session)
The intake therapy session is an initial meeting where we explore what’s bringing you to therapy, review your background and current concerns, clarify your goals, and begin developing a thoughtful plan for how therapy can best support you.

3. Attend sessions via secure video
You can join sessions from home, your office, or another private space using your phone, tablet, or computer.

4. Build consistent support
Regular sessions help reduce anxiety, process life transitions, and strengthen emotional resilience.

Due to high demand for specialized postpartum and anxiety support, availability for insurance-based sessions may be limited. Many clients choose to begin therapy through private pay in order to maintain consistent scheduling and receive focused, individualized care.

For clients using out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
