Online Therapy for Women and Moms Throughout California

You’re doing your best to keep up with everything that needs your attention.

Work. Family. Relationships. The endless mental checklist that never seems to stop.

From the outside, it might look like you’re managing. But underneath, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or like you've lost touch with the version of yourself you used to know.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

I provide online therapy for women and moms across California who are struggling with anxiety, postpartum mental health challenges, burnout, fertility stress, pregnancy loss, and the emotional weight of trying to hold everything together.

Therapy offers a space that is just for you — a place where you don't have to be productive, have the answers, or carry everything on your own.

Start Feeling More Steady and Supported

Support for working moms managing anxiety, burnout, and mental load through online therapy

Why Online Therapy?

Life is busy, especially when you're balancing work, parenting, relationships, and the countless responsibilities that fill your day.

Online therapy makes it easier to get support without adding one more thing to your schedule.

Many of my clients attend sessions during a lunch break, while a baby naps, after school drop-off, or from a quiet corner of their home. Therapy can fit into your life without requiring a long commute or additional stress.

Wherever you are in California, support is available from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide online therapy throughout California?

Yes. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide virtual therapy to adults throughout California.

Is online therapy effective?

Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and postpartum mental health challenges.

What if I have children at home during my session?

That's completely okay! Many of the moms I work with attend therapy while caring for a baby or young child at home.

If you need to feed your baby, pump, rock them to sleep, soothe them, or tend to their needs during our session, you're welcome to do so. Therapy doesn't have to look perfect to be helpful.

We'll work together to create a space that feels comfortable, realistic, and supportive for your current season of life.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am currently in-network with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare through Headway.

Why do some clients choose private pay therapy?

Many of the women and moms I work with choose private pay because they value having a space that is fully focused on their needs, without the involvement of an insurance company.

Private pay allows us to tailor therapy to your goals and move at a pace that feels right for you. Some clients also appreciate the added privacy, as mental health diagnosis and treatment information are not shared with insurance.

For many people, therapy becomes an investment in their well-being, relationships, and quality of life—not just support for getting through a difficult season, but support for creating lasting change.

Whether you choose to use insurance or private pay, the most important thing is finding the support that feels right for you.

Do you have current availability?

I maintain a small, intentional caseload so I can provide personalized care to each client. Because of this, appointment availability may be limited at times.

I currently offer virtual therapy appointments on weekdays, with morning and afternoon availability. Availability can change throughout the year as clients begin or complete therapy.

If no openings are currently available, I may offer a waitlist and will reach out when a spot becomes available.

You're welcome to schedule a free consultation to discuss current availability and determine whether we're a good fit.

How do I get started?

The first step is scheduling a free 15-minute consultation. We'll briefly talk about what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether we're a good fit.

What if I am experiencing a mental health emergency?

Grow and Grace Therapy is not a crisis service, and online therapy is not appropriate for emergencies.

If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, feel unable to keep yourself safe, or are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, for immediate support.

If you are an existing client, please note that messages and emails are not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for urgent matters or emergencies.

You don’t have to keep managing everything on your own

You don't have to keep carrying everything by yourself.

Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or simply not like yourself lately, therapy can help.

I'd be honored to support you on your journey toward feeling more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.
