Online Therapy in California
Support that fits into your life—without adding more stress to it.
You may already be managing a full schedule—work, family, responsibilities, and everything in between.
Finding time for therapy can feel like one more thing to figure out.
Online therapy allows you to access meaningful support without commuting, rearranging your day, or coordinating additional logistics.
Many clients find that meeting from home actually makes it easier to open up, stay consistent, and get the most out of therapy.

How Online Therapy Works
Starting therapy online is simple:
1. Schedule a consultation
We briefly discuss your needs, availability, and insurance or private pay options.
2. Intake session (first initial session)
The intake therapy session is an initial meeting where we explore what’s bringing you to therapy, review your background and current concerns, clarify your goals, and begin developing a thoughtful plan for how therapy can best support you.
3. Attend sessions via secure video
You can join sessions from home, your office, or another private space using your phone, tablet, or computer.
4. Build consistent support
Regular sessions help reduce anxiety, process life transitions, and strengthen emotional resilience.
How to Decide What’s Right for You
You might be a good fit for this practice if:
You’re looking for specialized support in postpartum mental health or the transition into motherhood
You’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unlike yourself for a while
You want consistent, focused support rather than quick or surface-level solutions
You’re ready to invest in your emotional well-being and long-term change
If you’re unsure, that’s okay.
A consultation can help you get a feel for whether this is the right fit—without any pressure to commit.
Specialized areas of support
If you’re looking for focused support, you may explore:
• Postpartum & Perinatal Therapy
• Anxiety & Burnout Therapy
• Therapy for Working Mothers
• Infertility & Pregnancy Loss Support
These areas reflect the common emotional challenges many high-functioning adults and parents experience.
Online therapy available across California

Fees & Investment
Starting therapy is an investment—not just financially, but in your well-being, your relationships, and how you move through daily life.
Many of the women I work with have been holding a lot on their own for a long time.
Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to do that anymore.
Individual Therapy: $180 per 50-minute session
Postpartum & Early Parenthood Couples Therapy
$250 per 50-minute session
$350 per 80-minute session
Many of my clients choose private pay because they are looking for:
Specialized support in postpartum and working mom mental health
More personalized and consistent care
The ability to focus on what matters most—without limitations from insurance requirements
Greater privacy and flexibility
Therapy can be more effective when it’s tailored to you, rather than structured around insurance guidelines.
I am in-network with select insurance plans through Headway, including:
Aetna
United Healthcare (UHC) / Optum
Anthem (currently waitlisted — you’re still welcome to submit a 15-minute consultation request, and we can talk through options during our call)
For out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement depending on your plan.
A Note on Cost
It’s completely normal to pause when seeing therapy fees.
Many clients I work with initially felt unsure—but later shared that having consistent, focused support made a meaningful difference in how they felt day to day.
You don’t have to commit long-term right away.
We can start with a consultation and see if this feels like the right fit.
